Production line for the manufacturing of metal sheets for gas

The line is designed for the manufacturing of all metal sheets for gas thermal equipment. Generally it will be worked with blank stacks. The presses can be driven as single presses
fully automated or as fully automated twin press line.

The line consists of:

Altogether 2 hydraulic presses with 4-point-synchronisation control
2 blank feeding places
2 centering stations
Automated blank lubrication with suction device
Discharging transport belt/Chain linking belt
Loading and transfer feeder
Discharging transport belt
Tool change consols
Half automated tool change with automated tool clamping and tool insertion and exhaust device
Safety fence concept with different safety zones
